Candidate should be good in JLPT.
Japanese way of working must be known. ( Definite requirement).
Must be Computer Science or an IT graduate.
Japanese proficiency should be N3 or above.
Ready to work in shifts(24X7)
Past work experience in Maintenance & Support related field is welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for end user technical support.
Know How on Customer Service Experience.
Knowledge in ITIL concepts.
Strong problem solving and technical research skills. (Windows OS, code level).
Know how on retail solution is welcome. If not training will be provided.
Know how on Remote Computing.
Ability to understand technical concepts and the logic behind the same.
Ability to apply the learned concepts to practice during the need of support.
